Our client is a leading luxury retailer and we are working with them to find a Senior CRM Manager, reporting into the Digital Director. This is an integral role, sat within well-developed team.
The key responsibilities will include:
- Manage & develop the Global CRM strategy across all customer segments working closely with the wider marketing, merchandising, design, channel and PR teams to achieve weekly, monthly, yearly targets
- Work with the Digital and Social Media team to set and monitor the CRM measurement framework KPIs
- Manage and set the CRM targets and budgets to drive efficiencies and effectiveness
- Drive innovation working with external partners to manage strategy, marketing technology and data capabilities
The ideal candidate will have a vast experience of working at CRM Manager level and be now looking for a new challenge with a global organisation. Experience within a luxury brand is highly desired.
