This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Merchandiser/Buyer to lead the brand's footwear & accessories department in Europe. You’ll be responsible for driving sales and margin growth in accordance with the company strategic plan by developing and executing product strategies that will bring the brand vision to life in the market place.
The key responsibilities will include:
·Creation of premium category destinations through segmented assortments, flow and price architecture
·Develop seasonal category plans and KPI’s for EU
·Presentation of seasonal assortments within Go to Market process
·Seasonal briefs that deliver brand and fiscal goals, identify white space in the market
·Build strong relationship throughout the organization to ensure success
·Cross functional communication and collaboration with design, merchandising, marketing and planning
·Manage, coach and develop your team Merchandiser
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience within Wholesale Buying/Merchandising gained in footwear, ideally in large multiple retail environments with European scope. You must Inspire innovative thinking and strategically leads the development of complex and integrated problem solving and planning processes.
