One of the leading global fashion houses are looking for a Campaign & Reporting Analyst to support the Senior Manager in planning, campaign execution and results analysis of CRM programs.
This is a unique opportunity for a driven candidate with a strong background in data analysis in relation to campaign management within a luxury setting.
The key responsibilities of the roll will include:
·Understand, structure & build all emails campaigns using structured data and utilize customer selection tool to deliver targeted customer lists to the email service provider
·Partner with Global CRM team to ensure consistent strategy and execution. Bring inspiration and new ideas that enhance and lift all CRM programs across the globe.
- Based on business requirements, develop & produce CRM reports using a combination of SQL & MS Excel
- Drive insights around performance trends and actionable customer insights based on clear understanding of business objectives
- Take responsibility for managing a very wide range of data sources and must be able to bring those data sets together to assist in delivering campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have strong numerical/statistical skills, prior experience with SQ & advanced MS Excel skills. You will also be required to have experience in using reporting tools such as as Tableau, Microstrategy, Business Objects.
