This is a unique opportunity for a both experienced and driven Store Sales Executive to join a top luxury lifestyle & interiors brand within a small and passionate team.
Reporting directly to the Retail Manager of Europe and Store Manager, you will maximise the profitability and deliver the highest possible consumer care whilst striving to improve store performance.
Key responsibilities include:
-Ensuring the department provides a pleasant shopping experience for customers and exceptional customer service is being offered
- Assisting with Visual Merchandising and ensuring company standards are met at all times
- Regularly assess the competition to identify the advantages of our product or threats to our business and determine how to emphasise those advantages to the customer and counteract any perceived threats.
-Analyse performance across all areas of the store to then positively affect performance in any under performing areas, as well as improving or maintaining all adequately performing areas.
The ideal candidate will have strong interestin culture, design, art, film or other creative past-times that allow them to connect with the customer on a deeper level than just selling a product. You will currently be within a Store Sales Executive position and looking for a new and exciting challenge.
