This global luxury brand which is looking to grow and develop their e-commerce strategy is currently looking to appoint a new e-Commerce Manager to manage their online store.
This couldn’t be a more exciting role to join the business. The opportunity will be accountable for trade of the site and the overall customer experience of the site, ensuring the luxury and “boutique experience” is maintained and driven in line with the wider brands customer journey.
Key responsibilities will include
- Managing trade of the website, working closely with the Head Of Merchandising to sales are maximised at all times.
- Working with senior Directors with regards to supporting new market launches, including the launch of varying currency sites
- Oversee social media strategy to ensure maximum engagement is reached across all platforms
Review of overall customer experience including the use of heat map where necessary
Monitor conversion to the site with regards overall analytics, key metrics and other ad hoc tools
This is a highly commercial and creative opportunity to join a business which is growing at pace this year. The ideal candidate will have exposure to senior management and Creative Director and will be given autonomy to help drive the e-commerce site forward in turn offering huge potential for the right person.
