Head Of e-Commerce - Global Fashion Brand
This expanding fashion brand with a huge international presence online and offline is currently looking to appoint a Head of E-Commerce/ to join their London HQ. Reporting into the company Brand Director, you will take full responsibility for the e-commerce strategy, inclusive of online Marketing, Content and full trade. This is a highly exciting role as you will play a pivotal role in the overall assortment buy for the online shop along with the international expansion plans planned for 2018.
Key experience will include:
Your Role and Responsibilities –
·Develop plans across all markets to maximise qualified traffic to the site.
Lead a team of 60 + with regards to e-com strategy and brand vision
·Development of Social Media strategy, working with the marketing, PR and Creative teams to adapt the program to specific market needs, linking to our overall brand programme.
·Optimise our media budgets by bridging online and offline and maximising regional and global synergies, developing value add buys and programs that target our consumer.
·Manage online team in the analysis of website performance
·Analyse Monthly E-Commerce data and develop specific actions plans to grow traffic & conversion.
·Experience with monitoring digital agency performance and conducting performance reviews where necessary
Suitable candidates will need to have strong online marketing, content and product experience coupled with exposure to leading and developing a team. It would also be an advantage that candidates have had experience of managing P&L’s.
